I was impressed with how helpful and accommodating the staff at Cihangir Palace are. From the warm welcome with complimentary beverages to their willingness to assist with any request, they made our stay nice. The beds were comfortable and the recently renovated rooms were clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the bus/tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Istanbul.

Helpful receptionists, provided metro card and discounts, even helped on their day off. Great view from terrace, quiet location, walkable distance to Istiklal street and tram station for easy access to Fatih area. Very good staff, found cheaper tickets, experienced general manager's suggestions. Comfortable bed, nice staff, average breakfast on terrace. Practical location, uphill walk for more cafes and evening activity.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! This place is situated perfectly on a hill which makes it easy to access public transport and get to Taksim Square quickly. Here, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, constantly going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I also appreciated the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. Additionally, the terrace served delicious buffet breakfast and had views of the Bosphorus that were simply breathtaking.
My experience at this venue was fantastic. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They even helped us find discounted tickets and provided great recommendations for our trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. And the best part was the fine view from the terrace, especially at night.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to both airports and there was a bus stop nearby that provided easy access to both. it was a short walk to the sea side and Taksim square. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable sheets. The bathroom had good lighting and the staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was tasty, and the rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view of the city.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
